The Honkai Star Rail 4.1 banners are part of the latest version 4.1 update, “Unraveled for Daybreak.”
The update introduces a new five-star character, Ashveil, alongside several reruns and their signature Light Cones. The broadcast also teased upcoming gameplay additions, including a revamped Divergent Universe mode, new Planar Ornaments, and limited-time rewards for players.

Version 4.1 runs for six weeks, with the story continuing to unfold in Planarcadia as the Astral Express crew receives an invitation to the grand Star Rail FEST, a fan celebration inspired by their past interstellar adventures.
While the festival promises excitement and nostalgia, trouble is never far behind. Beneath the festivities, hidden conspiracies begin to surface, setting the stage for new challenges. As events spiral beyond the celebration, players will embark on a fresh adventure alongside the renowned detective Ashveil.
As usual, the update features two banner phases, giving players multiple chances to pull for new characters and Light Cones.

Honkai Star Rail 4.1 banners: Complete list of characters
Phase 1
As a central figure in the latest chapter, Ashveil will officially join the roster as a playable character. Known as the “detective unreliable,” he usually presents a laid-back and lazy demeanor, but this stage will reveal his serious and dependable side.
At the conclusion of the previous story, Ashveil entered the Phantasmoon Games to investigate a murder in Dovebrook District. Now, he will continue working alongside the Astral Express Crew to uncover the hidden conspiracies beneath the festival’s celebration and bring justice for the fallen.
His combat style centered on bait mechanics and follow-up attacks. Overall, his kit revolves around designating an enemy as a target and punishing opponents with repeated attacks whenever allies engage that target.
Core mechanics
Ashveil selects a “bait” target on the battlefield.
- Enemies suffer reduced defense while the bait remains active.
- Using his skill on the same target deals additional damage and restores skill points for the team.
This mechanic encourages players to focus fire on a single enemy while benefiting from extra damage and resource generation.
Follow-up attacks
Whenever an ally attacks the designated bait target, Ashveil automatically performs follow-up attacks, allowing him to chain damage repeatedly during combat.
These follow-ups are a key part of his playstyle, enabling him to continuously pressure enemies and potentially defeat multiple targets in quick succession.
Gluttony stacks
Ashveil also builds a resource called Gluttony stacks during battle.
- These stacks accumulate as combat progresses.
- When he uses his Ultimate, the stacks are consumed to enhance the power of his follow-up attacks.
This mechanic lets him ramp up damage over time before unleashing stronger attacks during key moments.
Technique
Ashveil’s Technique allows him to daze enemies in an area before combat begins, giving players an advantage when initiating battles.

After arriving in Planarcadia, the Trailblazer acquires the Mask of the Supplicant to enter the Phantasmoon Games and goes on to defeat the region’s most popular streamer, Sparxie, quickly rising to the top of Planarcadia’s trending charts.
Hoping to celebrate the spirit of Trailblazing and bring the people of Planarcadia closer to the legacy of the Astral Express, CEO Pearl announces a grand exhibition known as Star Rail FEST, themed around the crew’s legendary interstellar adventures.
As the long-awaited festival prepares to open its doors, the Phantasmoon Games continue to escalate in the background, with tensions building toward the looming War of the Supplicants — leaving the future of the story uncertain.
As a grand celebration of the Astral Express’ legendary journeys, Star Rail FEST will open three major zones:
- Belobog Zone
- Xianzhou Luofu Zone
- Penacony Zone
Citizens of Planarcadia can board a special Pom-Pom front shuttle via Interplanar Jump to relive the highlights of the trailblazer’s adventures.
Visitors can marvel at giant balloon figures of Supreme Guardian Cocolia and the Destruction Engine in action, experience the thrilling duel against Lord Ravager Phantylia at Scalegorge Waterscape, and charge into The Great Septimus battle accompanied by Robin’s live performance.
Meanwhile, as the festival’s host, Pearluxe Tower, headquarters of Pearluxe Corp, will also open for exploration. Inside, attendees can check out the newly unveiled ultra-poseable model “Alloy King Pom-Pom” and enjoy a variety of mechatron-themed interactive activities designed for fans of all ages.
Honkai Star Rail 4.1 new event, the Wispae War Saga
You can engage in an entirely fresh activity this version 4.1: the Wispae War Saga.
Here, the Trailblazer can command a variety of wispae soldiers in battles within Graphia Academy.
By deploying different strategies, upgrading wispae, and utilizing spell cards and capsules with unique effects, players can overcome powerful champions and unlock new wispae companions.
Beyond the standard challenge rewards, completing battles in Graphia Academy opens the door to tougher matches against outsider adversaries, offering a deeper and more varied gameplay experience.
Honkai Star Rail 4.1 new Planar Ornaments
Two new Planar Ornament sets will arrive in version 4.1:
- Punk Lord: Stage Zero
- City of Converging Stars
These can be obtained while completing runs in the Divergent Universe.
Divergent Universe: Arcadian Chronicles
Version 4.1 will introduce an updated version of the Divergent Universe mode called Arcadian Chronicles.
Key changes include:
- Rooms are converted into cards that players can choose between.
- Progression becomes more player-driven instead of fully random.
- Players can select a Mask of Elation at the start of a run.
The mask accumulates Wish Power, leveling up over time to grant bonuses such as buffs to upcoming domains, upgraded waypoint passes, and improved rewards.
The mode will also add:
- New curios
- New equations
- New occurrences
- A new five-star Elation Light Cone
Version 4.1 events and rewards
Version 4.1 will also include several familiar events and rewards:
- Gift of Odyssey login event
- Players can obtain 10 free Special Passes.
- Planar Fissure event
- Double rewards for Planar Ornament farming.
