HoYoverse has confirmed the Zenless Zone Zero 3.1 banner lineup ahead of “The Long Goodbye,” the version marking the game’s second anniversary.
The update brings the long-teased first-generation Void Hunter Remielle Dan into the roster, alongside the Airspace Patrol Department’s Deputy Administrative Director Sigrid.

Zenless Zone Zero 3.1 also introduces a brand-new attribute to the game — Lumiflux — with Remielle Dan becoming the very first Agent to wield it. On top of the new banners, the update releases a new permanent mode, an Xbox PC launch, and a hefty pile of second-anniversary freebies for every Proxy.
Zenless Zone Zero 3.1 release date
The Zenless Zone Zero 3.1 banner period begins when Version 3.1, “The Long Goodbye,” goes live on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, across PlayStation 5, PlayStation 5 Pro, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox Cloud Gaming, PC, iOS, Android, and Steam.
This update also marks the official launch of the Zenless Zone Zero Xbox PC version, which enables cross-platform play between console and PC within the Xbox ecosystem and comes with a limited-time XGP rewards boost.

Leading the Zenless Zone Zero 3.1 banner lineup is Remielle Dan, the first-ever Lumiflux attribute Agent to join Zenless Zone Zero.
As an S-Rank Anomaly Agent, Remielle’s kit revolves around her unique Attribute Flux mechanism, which synchronizes her damage output’s attribute with whichever Agent is next up in the squad.
That means Proxies can effectively retune her output attribute on the fly to exploit enemy weaknesses just by rearranging their team order.
In battle, Remielle stacks resources to enter a Phase Flow state, buffing the whole squad without needing to stay on the field, and unleashes a powerful Assist Attack once fully charged. Her exclusive Lumiflux reaction, Refringe, converts Anomaly Buildup into a high-burst final explosion.

Phase 2
Debuting in the second half of the Zenless Zone Zero 3.1 banner schedule is Sigrid, the S-Rank Ice Attack Agent and Deputy Administrative Director of the Airspace Patrol Department.
Sigrid’s core gameplay is built around her Aerial Patrol Spear Form. Landing an Unbridled Spear skill on an enemy triggers this form, letting her hold Basic Attack to launch alternative attacks while significantly boosting her crit rate for a limited time.
The smoother a player’s output rhythm, the higher Sigrid’s damage climbs.

Custom Search: Pick your own signal pool
One of the bigger quality-of-life additions tied to the Zenless Zone Zero 3.1 banner update is the new Custom Search mechanism.
Proxies can pre-select six S-Rank Agents from a pool of limited and standard S-Ranks. Whenever a non-rate-up S-Rank signal is pulled, it will come from that curated pool, with each Agent carrying equal odds. The same customization extends to the W-Engine channel and A-Rank signals.

Version 3.1 doubles as Zenless Zone Zero’s second-anniversary celebration, so the freebies stack up alongside the usual Zenless Zone Zero 3.1 banner pulls.
All Proxies can choose one limited S-Rank Agent from a lineup of five:

On top of that, login rewards for the version total 1,600 Polychromes, and the second half’s check-in event, “The Great En-Nah Giveaway!”, hands out an additional 10 Encrypted Master Tapes — bringing the total haul to 20 pulls across the version.
New permanent mode: Enigma of the Labyrinth: Operation Bagel
Version 3.1 introduces a new permanent game mode called Enigma of the Labyrinth: Operation Bagel.
In this mode, Joyous, the pioneer of all Proxies, built a special piece of equipment known as the Labyrinth Carrot, and it accidentally attracts a massive Ethereal, dragging Eous into the depths of the Hollow along with it.
Proxies head into the corrupted zone to run a rescue operation, entering stages to gather supplies and strengthen their loadout before safely evacuating within a time limit once they’ve secured enough loot. Supplies collected along the way can be poured into the research station’s infrastructure to boost its capabilities further.
Enigma of the Labyrinth runs on a seasonal cycle and shares its weekly progress track with Hollow Zero, with its own exclusive rewards refreshing each season.
What to expect in the Zenless Zone Zero 3.1 main story
In the Version 3.1 main story, “The Long Goodbye,” representatives from New Eridu’s major factions begin arriving on the island one by one. Amid the chaos, the Proxies unexpectedly reunite with an old friend — Truvia, heiress of High Ambitions Corp — reopening a past incident that left a lasting scar on Pyrois’s memory.
Lindverne Sunbringer, Administrative Director of the Airspace Patrol Department, and her Deputy Director Sigrid formally meet the Proxies for the first time, setting the stage for Lindverne’s carefree reputation and the legends surrounding Sigrid to finally come into focus.
Remielle Dan — who had been laying low inside an En-Nah Gang hideout — steps back into the spotlight, and the shadow of the far more powerful entity she once mentioned, the Enchainer, starts to take shape as the story unfolds.
Zenless Zone Zero 3.1 outfits and summer event
Riding alongside the Zenless Zone Zero 3.1 banner cycle is the Fantasy Resort summer event, “Summer Waves Roll In,” launching together with the version update. Proxies team up with Lucy, Sigrid, and Remielle for beachcombing and souvenir shop management.
Completing the event’s main storyline unlocks Lucy’s summer outfit for free.

Zenless Zone Zero 3.1 collabs and events
The annual food collaboration “Operation Yum” also returns with Version 3.1, this time fronted by Ellen and Manato.
In the US, Zenless Zone Zero is teaming up with ramen chain Kyuramen for limited-edition themed meals and exclusive merchandise, while in Singapore the collab partner is hotpot brand Haidilao, offering its own collab meal sets and merch rewards.
Zenless Zone Zero-themed art exhibitions are also being planned across multiple regions, showcasing concept art and animation production materials to the public for the first time. Specific cities and dates are expected to be confirmed on the game’s official social channels closer to the time.
