OG Esports has unveiled a full-Filipino Dota 2 roster for the 2026 season, marking the organization’s first major expansion into Southeast Asia.

The new OG Dota 2 roster, led by Malaysian coach Adam “343” Shah and Filipino manager Isaac “Lane” Alfon, features an all-Filipino lineup from position 1 to 5.

“Dota has always had a home in the Philippines,” said OG founder Johan “N0tail” Sundstein in their announcement video. “Now, it will become our home too.”

OG’s 2025/2026 season player roster includes John “Natsumi” Vargas as the carry, Erin “Yopaj” Ferrer as the mid-laner, Nikko “Nikko” Bilocura as the offlaner, Timothy “TIMS” Randrup as the soft support, and Andrei “skem” Ong as the hard support.

TIMS stands out as the most seasoned player, having played professionally since 2016. He gained international recognition with TNC Predator during their stellar runs at The International and MDL Chengdu Major. He is best known for signature Earthshaker performances.

Skem also brings his experience to the team, having competed for several top Southeast Asian teams, including Geek Fam, Neon Esports, and BOOM Esports.

“If the SEA region is finally going to win the championships it deserves, I’m confident it will be with OG,” said Ceb.

OG’s move to form an all-Filipino Dota 2 roster is driven by the region’s untapped potential. SEA teams have long been respected for their skill but have often fallen short of expectations, co-founder Sebastien “Ceb” Debs explained.

OG Esports is a professional esports organization based in Europe, founded in 2015 by N0tail and Tal “Fly” Aizik, alongside Dota 2 players David “MoonMeander” Tan, Fritz “Frtz” DG, and Andreas “Cr1t-” Nielsen. Ceb later became recognized as a key founder.

OG made history by winning The International 2018, overcoming odds with a newly assembled roster that had entered through the European qualifiers. They followed this achievement in 2019 by winning The International again, becoming the first team in Dota 2 history to claim back-to-back championships.

In addition to Dota 2, OG has fielded competitive rosters in Counter-Strike 2, Rocket League, and Valorant.

In September 2025, the Chiliz Group acquired a 51% stake in OG. They are a blockchain provider for the sports and entertainment industry and the owner of the fan token platform Socios.com.
