The Tales of Berseria Remastered Deluxe Edition, an enhanced version of the 2016 original, is set to launch on current-generation consoles.
The original game, Tales of Berseria, is a dark and emotionally driven entry in the long-running RPG series. It features Velvet Crowe, the series’ first-ever major female protagonist, whose journey is defined by a fierce thirst for vengeance after a traumatic betrayal shatters her life.
Set in the world of Midgand, the narrative explores mature themes of emotion, reason, and morality as Velvet confronts those who wronged her. The game utilizes the Linear Motion Battle System, allowing players to engage in fast-paced, tactical combat that’s more flexible than previous releases.

This new release continues The Remastered Project, which brings past entries in the Tales of series to a global audience. Tales of Graces f Remastered launched in January 2025, and Tales of Xillia Remastered followed in October 2025.
Tales of Berseria Remastered will be available for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on February 26, 2026. The PC version, via Steam, will follow shortly after on February 27, 2026.
