Global smartphone giveaway during Golden Month expands MLBB access

Building on the success of last year, MLBB has partnered with global smartphone brand OPPO to deliver 10,000 smartphones to players worldwide.

This initiative emphasizes accessibility, allowing players to enjoy MLBB on devices built for mobile gaming while bringing the community closer together.

This year, the campaign expands to 11 countries:

  • Indonesia
  • Malaysia
  • Philippines
  • Myanmar
  • Thailand
  • Eastern Europe and Central Asia (EECA)
  • India
  • Argentina
  • Mexico
  • Bolivia
  • Peru

In contrast, the 2025 event only included four countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore.

Golden Month showcases MLBB’s ability to execute global-scale events with local impact. Regional MLBB influencers and content creators support the campaign through localized content, livestreams, and community activities, driving participation and engagement worldwide.

In 2025, MLBB demonstrated culturally meaningful engagement by offering sponsored trips to Makkah for Umrah during Ramadan and Hari Raya in Indonesia and Malaysia.

The campaign also supported local communities—MLBB provided 100 underprivileged children in Jakarta with food, school supplies, prayer kits, donations, and Iftar meals.

Collaborations with creators Oura Gaming and Setiawan Ade raised approximately US$15,000 through charity livestreams for orphans.

In Malaysia, partnerships with personalities such as Chef Wan and Aliff Erfan hosted livestream events, rewarding players with premium prizes while encouraging friends and families to bond through shared in-game experiences.
