League of Legends Lead Gameplay Designer Matt “Riot Phroxzon” Leung-Harrison posted a the full LoL patch 26.05 notes on X today.
For this patch, some of the most notable changes focus on champions who have seen recent power spikes or dominance in pro play, including Lillia, Orianna, Neeko, and Varus.
Lillia is receiving a rollback on previous changes, with the goal of restoring her power level closer to its pre-adjustment state. Meanwhile, Neeko’s vision output is being toned down to reduce her impact in professional play, without significantly affecting her performance in standard matches.

| Nocturne | P CD: 13 → 12 Q bonus Movement Speed: 15-35% → 20-40% |
| Volibear | Voli changes are aimed at better balancing his AD builds against his currently stronger AP setups, and may need a bit more time to fully settle, Riot Phroxon wrote. |

Riot Phroxon elaborated:
For Lillia, the team is looking to roll back some of the previous changes to her, aiming to return most of her overall power level to where it was before those adjustments were made.
Meanwhile, the changes to Orianna are focused on lowering the strength of her early laning phase, particularly in situations where players keep her Q at Rank 1 for several levels.
As for Neeko, she has remained strong in pro play for some time without being overly dominant in regular play. These adjustments remove some power from her vision outputs, which tend to have greater impact in coordinated professional environments, while avoiding significant effects on her performance in regular play.
LoL patch 26.05 champion nerfs

| LOL PATCH 26.05 CHAMPION NERFS | STATS |
| Kha’Zix | Q Active: 110% → 105% Movement Speed: 350 → 345 |
| Neeko | W Cooldown starts on W clone expiration |
| Orianna | Q CD: 6-3 → 7-3 |
| Taliyah | Q per-rock base damage: 55-125 → 50-120 Q bonus monster damage per rock: 20-40 → 23-43 |

LoL patch 26.05 champion adjustments

| LOL PATCH 26.05 CHAMPION ADJUSTMENTS | STATS |
| Varus | Q max damage: 80-400 + 130-170% bonus AD → 80-360 + 150% bonus AD W on-hit damage: 8-44 + 25% AP → 8-44 + 25% AP + 15% bonus AD |
Varus was overbuffed previously, and these changes largely revert the earlier increase to his Q damage. Lethality Varus has been the strongest ADC in Pro Play, so the team is dialing him back to prevent him from overrunning the professional meta, Riot Phroxon explained.
LoL patch 26.05 system buffs
| LOL PATCH 26.05 SYSTEM BUFFS | STATS |
| Hubris | Total price: 3000 → 2800 |
| Locket of the Iron Solari | Shield: 200-360 (scaling from level 1) → 290-360 (scaling from level 8) |
Hubris is currently viewed as generally underpowered. It does not have a clear audience, and it also fails to demonstrate the same characteristics as other snowball items like Mejai’s Soulstealer, which tend to post higher win rates because they are typically purchased when a player is already snowballing, wrote Riot Phroxon.
