Crossfire Legends is a new first-person shooter (FPS) game for mobile, developed by TiMi Studio Group, published by Level Infinite, and officially licensed by Smilegate.
The game is made available for download on both Google Play and the App Store in Southeast Asia.
The title builds upon the legacy of the established Crossfire franchise — a series of tactical first-person shooter games, originating with the PC title developed by Smilegate Entertainment and first released in 2007.
Crossfire has since become one of the most played video games worldwide, particularly in Asia. The game is renowned for its accessibility on lower-spec systems and its focus on skill-based combat.

Everything you need to know about Crossfire Legends
Crossfire Legends is the international version of Crossfire Mobile, China’s leading mobile FPS title. The development team adapted key systems and tuned the experience for Southeast Asian audiences, focusing on fluid gunfights, mobile-native controls, and team-based tactical gameplay.
The game aims to combine skill-based combat, high-performance optimization, and the competitive foundation of the Crossfire universe.
Darren Gu, Producer of Crossfire Legends, noted that the release marks a significant step for Crossfire fans in the region, bringing the series’ fast-paced, tactical essence to a mobile platform optimized for local players.

Leading up to the launch, the game initiated a region-wide pre-registration campaign named “Beast’s Inferno.” Players who pre-register are eligible to unlock exclusive in-game rewards, including the AK47–Beast–Alpha, as well as physical prizes such as the iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPad, and MacBook Pro.
Crossfire Legends esports launches in Southeast Asia with CFLC
The launch sets the stage for the Crossfire Legends Championship (CFLC) 2025-2026, which has already begun. The premier international tournament features a prize pool of up to US$70,000.
The CFLC takes place across five countries—the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam—unfolding over six stages, from Open Qualifiers to the Grand Finals scheduled for February 8, 2026. Matches will use BO1, BO3, and BO5 formats as teams compete for the championship title.
Following the initial release, the developers plan to introduce continuous updates, including new game modes, seasonal events, weapon additions, collaborations, and community activations. There are also long-term plans to support the game’s esports ambitions within Southeast Asia.
The Crossfire franchise has generated over $14.7 billion in cumulative revenue and more than 1.1 billion registered users across platforms, leading to expansions into mobile gaming with titles like Crossfire Legends, console versions such as CrossfireX, a prominent esports circuit called Crossfire Stars (CFS), and adaptations into other media, including a successful Chinese streaming television series.
