Trailblazers, prepare for the end. Honkai Star Rail 3.7 banners are part of the 3.7 update, “As Tomorrow Became Yesterday,” marking the climactic finale of the expansive Amphoreous saga.
This update doesn’t just bring the final battle; it introduces a new 5-star character, Cyrene, a challenging permanent game mode, and the most formidable foe yet.

Joining the roster just in time for the finale is Cyrene, a new 5-star Ice character on the Path of the Remembrance.
She has accompanied the Trailblazers throughout the Amphoreous journey, and in Version 3.7, she finally reveals her long-hidden past and the answers to her many mysteries.
Cyrene is a powerful support and DPS hybrid designed to dramatically enhance team damage:
- Team Buff: She increases the Damage dealt by all allies while she is on the team.
- Skill: Deploys a zone that triggers an additional instance of True Damage whenever an ally attacks an enemy.
- Ultimate: Teammate actions stack “Recollection.” Once full, her Ultimate can be activated to reach her most powerful state. The first time she uses her Ultimate, it instantly triggers the Ultimates of all teammates and makes her Zone permanent.
In this ultimate state, she summons “memosprite Cyrene.” The memosprite can buff teammates or deal damage to all enemies, with the added benefit of granting an exclusive special effect if the target is a Chrysos Heir character.

What to expect in Honkai Star Rail version 3.7 story
The Astral Express crew, now inextricably linked to the Amphoreous’s fate after inheriting the Titan Coreflames, faces their ultimate test. Standing with the Chrysos Heirs, they confront “Irontomb,” an enemy so devastating it threatens the very fabric of time.
The conflict escalates beyond the established Paths of Destruction and Erudition as the mysterious forces of Remembrance begin to stir. In a cosmos on the brink, a decisive Cosmic Alliance is being forged by the resolve of the Trailblazers and the guidance of geniuses.
The final confrontation takes place in the “Ruins of Time,” a desolate realm sealed by Phainon long ago to contain Irontomb. The landscape features a massive sword piercing the earth and a statue resembling Phainon, remnants of his sacrifice to lock away the danger. Trailblazers must now break the three layers of seals Phainon left behind to finally end the threat.
New permanent game mode starting in version 3.7: Currency Wars
Beyond the main story, a new large-scale permanent gameplay mode, “Currency Wars,” makes its debut. This mode introduces deep team strategy:
- Trailblazers must form teams of up to ten characters, split into “on-field” and “off-field” combat areas that synergize during battle.
- Strategic team building is key, as characters of the same combat type or faction will trigger powerful “Bond” effects when fighting together.
Currency Wars will launch with 61 free trial characters available, ensuring every player can dive right in. Similar to the “Divergent Universe,” this major mode will offer persistent challenge rewards and a periodic reward system, with new challenges and growth opportunities arriving in future updates.
All new events and customization in version 3.7
Snack Dash event
A new limited-time event, Snack Dash, injects a dose of creativity and fun, as players race Madam Ruan Mei’s delightful culinary creations across obstacle-filled tracks. Trailblazers will compete for the finish line and higher rankings to earn rewards.
Cosmetic customization
Version 3.7 launches the “Trailblaze Fashion” system, giving players more fun cosmetic customization options. This includes the limited headwear, “Deliverer’s Wreath,” which will be available for free simply by completing the version’s main missions.
Saying farewell to the long saga
To accompany players as they witness the perfect conclusion to the Amphoreous saga, new multimedia content will be released. This includes an animated short, “Hello, World,” and the song “Ripples of Past Reverie”.
